1. Open the files into PSP and select your graphic
For Foreground choose one color from your graphic and the Gold Pattern
I used: #063863
Scale = 150 *** Angle = 0
For Background choose the white or the black color
2. Open your graphic and go to Selections / Select All
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout
V = 0 *** H = 0 *** Shadow Color = Black
Opacity = 95 *** Blur = 34
Repeat the Cutout effect
Selections / Select / None
3. Layers / New Raster Layer
With the Flood fill this layer with the Gold Pattern
Masks / New / From Image
Look for the mask: jd-mask47
Masks / Delete
Yes
Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow
V = 0 *** H = 0
Opacity = 400 *** Blur = 2,5 *** Shadow Color = Black
Repeat the Drop Shadow effect 4 times
Layers / Merge / Merge All

With the Magic Wand, select this border
Tolerance and Feather = 0
Flood fill this border with the Black color
