1. Open the files into PSP
For Foreground choose one color your graphic and the Gold Pattern
I used: #F4F6F1
Scale = 80 *** Angle = 0
For Background choose the Black color
2. Duplicate your image and minimize this one
Effects / Blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius = 40,00
Effects / Noise / Add
Noise = 5 % / Uniform checked
Duplicate this image and minimize it
3. Selections / Select All
Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel, with the settings bellow
Selections / Modify / Contract
Number of Pixels = 25
Layers / New Raster Layer
Active your Gaussian Blur graphic and Edit / Copy
Go back to your selected graphic and Edit / Paste / Into Selection
Repeat the Outer Bevel
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow
V = 1 *** H = 1 *** Shadow Color = Black
Opacity = 66 *** Blur = 3,7
Maintain Selected
4. Selections / Modify / Contract = 25
Layers / New Raster Layer
Active your Gaussian Blur graphic and Edit / Copy
Go back to your selected graphic and Edit / Paste / Into Selection
Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel, with the same settings from item 3
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow, with the same settings from item 3
Your work must be like that
Maintain Selected
5. Selections / Modify / Contract = 25
Layers / New Raster Layer
Active your original graphic and Edit / Copy
Go back to your selected graphic and Edit / Paste / Into Selection
Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel, with the same settings from item 3
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow, with the same settings from item 3
Layers / Merge / Merge All
Selections Select None
6. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
Selections / Select None
7. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with your color
Selections / Select None
8. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
Selections / Select None
9. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked

Repeat the Blend Emboss effect 3 times
Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4 / Cutout, with the settings bellow
Selections / Select None
16. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
Selections / Select None
Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern
Selections / Select None
18. Open your corner and Edit / Copy
Go to the frame and Edit / Paste / As New Layer
Edit / Copy
Image / Mirror
Edit / Copy
Image / Flip
Edit / Copy
Image / Mirror
Do the same with the big corner
Layers / Merge / Merge All
Save as JPG and it is done
