2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checado
Com a Magic Wand, selecione essa borda
Tolerance e Feather = 0
Com o Baldinho pinte essa borda com a Gold Pattern
Selections / Invert
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout
V = 0 *** H = 0
Opacity = 100 *** Blur = 40 *** Shadow Color = Preto
Repetir o efeito Cutout

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
