Scale = 250 *** Angle = 0
For Background choose the Black color and the Love Pattern
Scale = 100 *** Angle = 0

2. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
With the Magic Wand, select this border
Tolerance and Feather = 0
Flood fill this border with the Black color
Selections / Invert
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout
V = 0 *** H = 0 *** Shadow Color = Black
Opacity = 100 *** Blur = 45
Repeat the Cutout effects
Selections / Select None

3. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the Gold Pattern
Selections / Select / None

4. Image / Add Borders = 1 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with the black color
Selections / Select / None

5. Image / Add Borders = 5 Symmetric Checked
Select this border and flood fill it with your color
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel, with the settings bellow
